Heart Centered Connection

“Hi 🌱 Welcome to a weekly newsletter blending a short video, a quote, and a reflective prompt that you can respond to as well as interact with other members in the (read more)... comments section, if it moves you to do so. Once a month we will get together for a Live Zoom gathering with a topic that comes from our interactions during the preceding month. This is a work in progress, finally out of my head and off the pages of ideas on paper, and into reality! I was inspired by a recent class I attended that emphasized that there is no time like now to rise and take action, to stretch. With the current state of our nation and of the world, i discovered that i do not want my own state of being to reflect what is going on in the world. So, I made a decision to go for it and rise to a level of Love, compassion, kindness and togetherness. I love the following quote from a man I've heard about for decades, but have only recently tuned into to see what he's all about, and I've learned a lot!

"You don't rise to the level of your goals. You rise to the level of your decisions." Tony Robbins

The intention of this community is to connect with others with similar mindsets, interests and desires, through our thoughts, feelings, insights and stories. This is a safe, non-judgemental space where there is sharing and caring in a spirit of strength, hope, and healing.

I will bring my Knowldege and Wisdom garnered from many years of personal struggle and growth, going beyond my own self-imposed limitations, my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, and the subsequent work I have done for the past 15 years in that field.
