The Garden

Hello and happy last week of February 2026! I have been rather quiet the last few weeks, contemplating many things going on, on the micro and macro levels, and integrating some course work that has been challenging and also very rewarding.

In my "downtime" this past weekend, and for an hour or so every day this week, I've been lured like a magnet to the dirt and plants in my little yard. It certainly feels like spring and it is my favorite time of the year. The trees are budding, and the hills and mountains around my home are so green after all of the rain we've had this year.

As I was outside today in my yard, getting some sun on my body and dirt on my hands, I was inspired to make the video below.
